Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery

Orders take 2-3 days to process. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will not be processed until Monday. If you need a rushed order or an order to arrive at a specific time we recommend purchasing an upgraded priority shipping option.  ***Shipping rates shall be subject to change and currently offered to our customers on a discounted basis. 

Free Domestic Shipping on all orders over $250 

Customers in the US that place an order over $250 will receive free shipping via USPS Ground shipping, which usually arrives in 7 business days. 

If you need your order by a certain time, we recommend choosing an upgraded shipping option such as USPS Priority or DHL.

International Shipping:

International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.  All duties and taxes and brokerage fees shall be borne the purchaser. All international shipping rates are those rates provided by USPS to our customers.

Return Policy

Socialitte will gladly accept exchanges or store credit of any items purchased at full retail value.  Any SALE ITEMS or Items purchased with a promotional code are not eligible for a return. Items must be returned to us within 14 days from purchase to be eligible for store credit or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service Department at Shopsocialitte@socialitte.com to request an authorization form. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. 

  • Exchanges received within 14 days from purchase will be eligible for a store credit only.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the exchange will be for the value of the item.

**No returns or exchanges are allowed on Sale items or Items bought on Promotion. All sales are final.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • All tags must be attached
  • No perfume or other scents
  • No human or animal hair
  • No rips or tears
  • No other signs of being worn
  • All original packaging 

Failure to return merchandise as listed above may result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without credit. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order. You may also be charged a $13 rejection processing fee for all rejected returns.

Fill out the Return Authorization Form we send you by email and send it back with your item

We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse. We suggest that you use FedEx, USPS, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your Return. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return or exchange. 

You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed. Store Credits and Exchanges will generally be processed within 3-5 business days.

International returns. The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account. We cannot process exchanges for International orders.

Returns, refunds, store credits and exchanges may be made at the discretion of Socialitte.
